Emma’s Story

Emma shares her story of unplanned pregnancy as a teen, depression, and choosing adoption. She shares her positive experience with the Gladney Center For Adoption and its lasting effects on her family. Both Emma and the baby’s birth father shared in bonding experiences that caused the two to question whether adoption was right for them. When it came time to place their child, they both knew they made the right decision. Emma’s open adoption has given her closure and the opportunity to see her plan work.
